At MAKERLAB, we strive to make the shipping process as seamless as possible so your little maker can start building in no time!

Shipping Fees

 

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Subscription boxes ship automatically every 30 days after your subscription begins.

  • All orders are shipped from California and take 1-5 business days to reach their destination.

Shipping Methods

  • We use standard shipping, UPS or USPS, for all orders. ​

​

Issues With Your Order

  • If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at makerlabtoys@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.​

Return & Exchange Policy

At MakerLAB, we aim to deliver top-quality kits and an exciting experience every month. However, due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below:

No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or subscription boxes.

Replacement Parts

  • If a part is missing, damaged, or defective, please take a clear photo or video of the issue and email it to us at [support email]. We will do our best to send a replacement part as soon as possible.

Subscription Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 21 days before your next box is scheduled to ship. Cancellations made after this period will apply to the following month’s shipment.

Warranties

  • These are products you have to build yourself. If you're not careful you could break the parts, despite all the precautions we've taken to deliver them to you in good condition. MAKERLAB products are provided as is, with no explicit or implied warranties. So, build your projects well and don't rush the process. We give you the tools you need.

Safety First

  • While we design our projects to be safe and fun for children, adult supervision is always recommended. If you believe your child is in trouble or has been injured while using our product, please contact the appropriate authorities or seek medical assistance immediately.
